More Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Furthermore included in this latest photograph drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section labelling different areas of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
